RECRUITING SOLUTIONS

Option 1 - Recruiting Day
One full day includes:
We recruit with or without hiring mgrs., and find talented prospects. Get contact info and set up call back times.
Call back prospects to learn more about them, introduce company and job opportunities, and set formal interviews.
Follow up with hiring mgrs., to ask about interviews and auditions, and find out if any new staff members were hired.
Option 2 - Recruiting Strategy
Two full days include:
Go over staffing needs with hiring mgrs., team up to find candidates and assist with the overall recruiting process.
Work with hiring mgrs. to interview and evaluate candidates on the sales floor, and help to pick out the top talent.
We follow up to ensure top people are hired, and also provide long-term plans for recruiting & retaining top staff.
Option 3 - Recruiting Workshop
One full day includes:
We start with an all-inclusive mgmt. seminar on how to recruit, train, and retain top staff more effectively.
Then take mgrs. on a recruiting mission to apply new info, find prospects for stores, and teach through experience.
And lastly, we review day and mgrs. staffing needs and provide solutions needed to be followed up on by DM’s.
